4. Roku Compatibility

Roku TV Remote Control is designed to work with Roku devices running Roku OS 5.0 or higher. Roku is a trademark of Roku Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Roku Inc. Compatibility with specific Roku models is not guaranteed, and Roku Inc. may change their systems at any time.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roku TV Remote Control, its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Roku TV Remote Control or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

9. User Content

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about the App may be used by Roku TV Remote Control without compensation or attribution. We do not claim ownership of any content you generate while using the App for personal purposes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Roku TV Remote Control operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
